Why nobody cares about your valuable content

Behold a quote from a Reuters article last week:

“When asked what media subscription they would pick if they had only one for the next year, just 7% of under 45-year-olds picked news. The report showed 37% would opt for online video and 15% for online music.”

Analysis:

If you aren’t entertaining your list, customers, and audience with your precious “VALUE!” and “CONTENT!” — emails, info products, membership sites, blog posts, newsletters, sales copy, podcasts, videos, articles, eBooks, courses, and social media grandstanding, Virtue Signaling & philosophizing… as well as at as many other contact points your business touches them as possible — then I can virtually guarantee you’re leaving a pewp ton of the green stuff on the table.

And in my experience, this goes for customers over 45, too.

Speaking of which:

My “Infotainment Jackpot” book is available to buy again.

It turned out to be a lot more popular than I expected. i.e. I naively only initially ordered 50 books at the printer, we ended up selling 227 books.

People are wise to want to learn this skill...

But, I turned it off in the shopping cart right after the launch, because it’s a gigantic pain in the arse having to deal with stragglers who miss deadlines and then buy at full price, and then demand a partial refund for the sales price or try to negotiate with me even when buying after the deadlines.

You can’t re-negotiate a deadline with ol’ elBenbo, Chuckles.

If anything, I am going to be more of a tyrant with them going forward.

Whatever the case, it’s for sale again, at its full retail price here:
