“Twins”
One of my favorite copywriting stories:
The late copywriter Bill Jayme was talking to a would-be client.
And, the client insisted on a one-page sales letter, foolishly and naively nattering on about how “nobody reads long copy…”
Mr. Jayme’s response?
“If you want short copy, there are loads of bums in California that will write you a one-page letter. Go look one up.”
It’s like… it’s like… arsehole poetry.
Pure art.
Anyway, I have no real point in telling this story other than amusement.
Except, maybe, as another excuse to talk about this great man of copywriting.
And, specifically, the giant swipe file of his, containing 209 high resolution ads on a USB drive he wrote, that he was collectively paid $22 million in fees for (in today’s money) when he walked the earth. These sales letter packages span 138 different publications, in markets both small and obscure, big and mainstream. You can see everything about each package — including the sales letters, the envelope copy (reading these will be hands down the best subject line education you will ever get), the lift notes, the circulars, the reply elements, and everything else that went with them.
This collections has gone for $495.00.
But, if you buy it before tomorrow’s midnight EDT deadline, you get them at a $200 discount.

P.S. Brian Kurtz is producing these “on demand” — so realize it could take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to get them, depending on mail speed and restocking times.

“elBenbo’s Copywriting Capers: Season 1”
These videos contain dozens of insights, ideas, methods, and lessons I learned while working as a freelance copywriter for some of the most brilliant marketing minds on the planet.
In many ways, these are some of the most valuable lessons I ever learned.
And, much of it you’ll never find in any book or course.
Here are a few of the secrets inside these videos:
* The single best kind of product to up-sell right after a customer buys. (I learned this from a brilliant conversion strategist at a masterclass I spoke at, and it can potentially add 2, 3, even 4 or more times the profits you do now, and possibly even on the same day you learn it!)
* A truly no-brainer (yet completely untapped by the online marketing community) way to potentially make multiple thousands of extra dollars per month selling info products on eBay.
* How to control the “narrative” of how people on your list think, behave, and buy. (This is something the multi-billion dollar news media does every day of the week without even trying to hide it — yet a surprisingly few online businesses even think about it, much less do it.)
* A clever way (taught to me by a computer scientist) to use strangling anti-business government laws & regulations to make more sales for your business. (Bonus benefit: it can also make your Facebook, Google, and other paid ads work better, too, while staying far off the radars of their compliance teams.)
* The #1 most profitable emotion to appeal to in every single one of your ads, squeeze pages, emails, and any other marketing media you use.
* The “close combat copywriting” methodology used by certain, very savvy social media millionaires to pump out multi-million dollar tweets, posts, and other content without having any copywriting training whatsoever.
* A secret way to make even the most deadly boring offer sexy and exciting and even hard to resist buying.
* The “nag test” to know if a potential joint venture partner is going to make you a lot of money, make your life miserable, or possibly even outright screw you over.
* A newbie-proof way to quickly start an info marketing business in as little as 24-hours. (Possibly even on the same day you learn it!)
* The “lovable asshole” secret of writing copy I learned from one of history’s most prolific business-buying experts.
* The one time when selling a continuity offer (recurring order, subscription, etc) is like robbing yourself of sales. (I am a huge advocate of selling continuity — except when it comes to this offer hawked by thousands of businesses each day to their own detriment.)
* A sneaky way to use “digested” content to build an info-publishing empire.
* And much, much more.
To get these bonus videos simply forward me your receipt before the deadline tomorrow night at midnight EDT.
