Russia officially bans elBenbo from selling books

I am blocked from selling books in Russia.
Along with all other book sellers.
At least, to non-business addresses.
According to my printer/fulfillment house:
“I am being notified that the laws have changed in Russia and we cannot ship any non-document to residents only companies. Please be advised for future orders. From the information I am gathering it is taking effect for all services as it is a restriction being put in place by the Russian government.”
What that means for my Russian customers or would-be customers is this:
1. Current Email Players of the Horde in Russia are fine, nothing changes as the newsletter is considered a document, not a book
2. Non-business addresses in Russia cannot receive any of my books
3. To make this simple, I have turned off Russia as an option in my cart — which means, new would-be buyers & “Email Players” subscribers from Russia will have to be screened by me before buying anything for now on, before allowing their order to go through, since it comes with the Email Players Skhema Book.
This effects only a very small portion of my market.
And before anyone asks:
No, I am not going to sell PDF’s.
You’ll have to be a real business with a business address if you live in Russia and want to buy my books.

Based on the research of people who are far more educated about this sort of thing than Yours Crotchety, this is the way the world is headed. Ten years from now don't be shocked if most countries have their own internet, and even sales of digital products blocked and/or highly regulated.
Lots of societal & political turbulence & change is on the way.
