How to have appsolute power in your business

And, how after he got ousted from Fox News, I doubt his multi-million dollar salary and job being “Thanos’d” made much of a dent in his lifestyle. And the reason why is because during his long career with Fox News he effectively inoculated himself from being de-platformed by owning and/or controlling several of his own media platforms independent of Fox News’s media platform (which he wisely used to build HIS own platforms).
Anyway, reader Joe Mudd replied with an other example of this.
Here is what he said:

Hello Ben - Another example you can talk about - Chip and Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper fame. They've used that show to grow and expand their empire.
They started as struggling remodelling contractors with a pilot TV show. They leveraged the show to promote their Magnolia brand. The construction part of their business has grown to include bigger and better rehabs as well as new home construction developments. They have books, a monthly magazine, lotions and potions, a home goods store and a full line of home goods products sold in major retail chains around the country. They are even starting their own TV network - the Magnolia channel.

That’s the way to have absolute power in your business:
Having & stacking as many medias as possible.
And, especially not relying completely on social media, which is not your world, you do not control it, can’t export your followers/friends/audience from it. There’s also a ton of privacy mining going on with social media sties, too. And you are surrounded by competition, at the mercy of algorithms beyond your control, subservient to anti-small business rules and TOS… and if they decide to boot you, ban you, or block you, your business is dead as a hammer.
Something many a so-called “influencer” has learned the hard way.
But wait!
It gets worse!
A little while later, while we were launching our Learnistic mobile app platform, another reader BC (not sure he wants me naming him) asked:

Super quick question, Ben! I signed up for the Learnistic trial and am blown away by what you and Troy are offering. I've lost so much website engagement in the last 5 years and have a 25,000 member Facebook group that's virtually useless for any form of promotion. This looks like EXACTLY the direction I need to head.
Anyway - this recent offer and the way it is only available via smartphone. Am I correct in assuming this approach is something we could do via Learnistic as well? Create an offer - promote via email list and then just have it as a paid-access download etc inside the app?
Thanks!

The answer to his question is Appsolutely.
That is the main way I use a mobile app.
Most recently to the tune of some $20k in sales for a low ticket offer over a 5 day period. All delivered right to my customers’ phones. And, in a way that makes the digitally-delivered content I offer far more engaging than anything I’ve ever used.
Mobile apps are opening a whole new world for businesses.
That is, for those wise enough to use them.
And, who can conquer their stubborn resistance to change.
If this interests you, our Learnistic platform may be up your alley.
Or not.
It certainly ain’t for everyone.
But that’s why we give people a free trial - no credit card needed - to play with it, use it, brand it, and see if it’s what you want. To hop on the waiting list to be alerted when we open these free test drives on it again, go here:
