The best time of the day to send emails

“When is the best time of the day to send emails for getting the highest response?”
The irony of this question writes itself.
And, I would not be shocked if there is no shortage of email ex-spurts who will pound their chests on social media to get some likes saying things like, “my clients’ tests show such and such a time!”
It’s all bull shyt, too.
There is no “best” time.
Even caring about at all about some mythical best time shows a complete lack of understanding how the marketing world even works. Because, if someone claimed there was a universal best time that always works for everyone, in every market and product category… and even if they somehow proved it, then you can be certain everyone else would start doing it, clogging up inboxes at that time, and making it no longer the “best” time.
It’s as silly as people obsessing over open rates.
Those things only matter to people in situations where the consequences are non-existent.
Here’s what I suggest doing instead:
Focus not on when to send emails.
Instead, focus on how to write emails people want to read & buy from.
