Where the money is certain to go in today’s uncertain economy

Published: Tue, 05/12/20

Couple months ago, my bathroom reading (TMI?) was the great Dan Kennedy’s magnificent book:

“Almost Alchemy”

It’s a book I wish every single one of my customers possessed.

And one of my favorite parts is early in the book, where Dan talks about the wisdom of going where money is *already moving* to… and having the wit & foresight to identify it when you see the direction it’s going and its ultimate destination.

For example:

* Wal-Marts being built in small, rural towns, where money was moving to

* Magic Johnson putting movie theaters and licensing Starbucks stores in urban inner cities, where money was moving to

* The rise of TV infomercials, where money was moving to

* And, yes, Dear Fellow, the internet, where money was moving to — when even tech billionaires like Steve Jobs & Bill Gates didn’t realize it

The point?

If you want to have more money, with less effort, less frustration, and less competition… simply look at where money is already moving to… then intercept it, get in front of it, and SEIZE it before the crowd of tenderfoots descends upon it.

Which brings us to where it’s been going for a while and is already there:

Mobile phones.

If you doubt this, realize that right now:

* The average person touches their phone OVER 2,000 times per day.

* A person’s phone is almost always within 3-feet — including when sleeping, eating, driving, traveling, hiking, exercising, showering, or even pinching a loaf in the bathroom.

* 70+% of all digital content is now consumed on mobile phones.

* 92% of the time someone is on their phone, it’s in a mobile app, not a browser, etc.

* Some 600,000 million websites are created per DAY, while only 60,000 apps are published in the Apple & Google Plays stores per MONTH (and roughly 1/3 of those are just updates)

* The above bullet means hardly anyone is offering their content on a mobile app

* Which means those businesses who do have a mobile app where the money is already waiting for you… where people already are… where they already want to spend that money… basically have a huge, “built-in” advantage over all those businesses who don’t have a mobile app. Much like early website adopters had a huge, built-in advantage over businesses who did not have a web presence.

The problem:

It ain’t cheap having a mobile app created, published, and maintained.

Desktop apps, on the other hand, are very cheap.

And there’s no shortage of trend-following gurus who sell them.

But building a legitimately useful mobile app (and not one that just plays YouTube videos or whatever) — the kind 92% of people are inside of when on their phones — can cost anywhere from $30k (for a skeleton app that barely does anything) to $125k or more… plus thousands per year to keep that app updated with Apple and Google’s standards, fixing bugs, dealing with flaky developers, etc.

This is why so few businesses have true mobile apps.

In the vast majority of cases, if they have a business app at all, it’s a cheap cheeseball app that is really just a desktop app, with no logic for mobile — and where you have to log in to a browser, etc, that looks like something an 8th grader built on his iPad while waiting for the school bus to arrive.

The solution:

At the risk of being blatantly commercial —

Enter our new Learnistic app service for businesses.

It lets any business have their own $100k+ quality mobile app — that can connect to your marketing and back end, and keep customers in your world — for about the cost of your monthly cell phone bill.

Here is how it works:

1. This week (until Friday May 15th or possibly earlier depending on demand) you can get a free test drive of it — after which the site will be closed down for a while to “iron out” any lingering bugs & glitches, etc

2. Use it, brand it, add content to it, show it to your clients & colleagues if you want… and see if it “clicks” for you — with no credit card needed, and zero obligation

3. If you decide to subscribe during your test drive, and if you do it before Sunday May 31 at midnight EDT… you can have it for $99/month instead of the $150/month it will cost right after that. Plus you will be “grandfathered” in for life at that price forever — including when we add our own email broadcasting/autoresponder platform and other expensive features later this year… after which the price will balloon to over $200+/month over time

Bottom line:

If’n you want to try it free, I highly recommend you do it today.

I’ve learned the hard way already launching software ain’t like info products.

By that I mean, you don’t want thousands of people piling in right away. That only makes for a lot of frustrated & unhappy customers. It’s much better to grow slowly and roll out over time. Thus, the Friday deadline to get your free test drive may get abruptly shortened without warning. And, even people who get in for the test drive may not be able to buy for a while if you linger too long to make a decision once inside. And of course if that happens where we close it early due to demand… and you wait too long to buy it after taking your test drive, you will miss out on the above savings.

We shalt see how it goes.

Really, it all depends on the demand.

So if this interests you at all, I would not procrastinate on getting your test drive, if I were you.
