How to run a membership site from your phone

…. I’m currently building a continuity product of $19 a month (low as to make it a membership rather than an obligated newsletter per advice from you and Michael Senoff and being that I'm "P" I'd kid myself If I really think I'll hit deadlines)
The membership will allow access to:
- digital newsletters
- expert interviews
- Q and A videos
- bonus videos
- Market updates
AND (the part that got me thinking because of your comment) to add urgency and add subscribers, I was going to do an exclusive interview that only existing or new subscriber get (if they subscribe to the deadline), and mail that CD .
Is there something I should know before committing to mailing Bonus Interview CD's every now and then?

My ex-spurt answer:
First off, CDs are like fossils now.
With the exception of a few boomers who sound like they were playing in the streets as kids back when Billy The Kid was dodging Pat Garrett in the New Mexico territory... the vast majority of people don’t even have a convenient way to listen to them outside of their cars anymore.
The future for delivering digital content is to mobile phones.
Here are the indisputable facts:
People are always within 3-feet of their phones. They touch their phones some 3,000 times per day, stroking it like Gollum stroked the One Ring in his cave of gloom. And they bring their phones everywhere they go — whether in the office, at the gym, in the car, when hiking, flying, waiting for appointments, watching TV, eating out, and even when in the bathroom pinching a loaf... with their legs all-a-tingle from falling asleep due to their elbows resting on them the whole time while, yes, looking at their phones.
That’s where they are, and where they want content.
We saw this bright & clear with our recent "Automation Magic" launch earlier this week.
The engagement levels for that course are off the charts compared to desktop delivered content. The course completion rates are off the charts, too. And as a result, customer satisfaction has been off the charts. That product got all kinds of feedback, testimonials, etc, with almost every single one saying how great it was to have all the info right on their phone, organized, easy to access and consume wherever they may roam.
Yes, there were a few exceptions from people with no phones.
Or, who last upgraded their phones back when Steve Jobs still walked the earth.
There are also people who prefer audio cassette, records, and VHS tapes still, too. But that doesn't mean it's wise to cater to them in your advertising.
Especially when the rest of your customers are on the phone.
Including customers in countries who have more reliable cell phone data than wi-fi, anyway.
More:
Everything normally found in a membership site could easily be delivered right to your customers' phones — while selling via email & alerting your customers of new content via push notifications right to their devices. With payment taken 100% frictionlessly via in-app purchases if you don’t want to use your own merchant account. And without you having to “Frankenstein” together and keep up with multiple conflicting Wordpress plugin updates, carts, clouds, etc...or deal with outsourcing or hiring a VA. All in a
completely frictionless experience they will love.
All run from your phone.
With your customers being with you everywhere they go.
And creating & uploading content on the fly at any time you have a notion to.
If’n this interests you, some news:
Starting tomorrow we are officially launching our Learnistic app service for businesses. That means, in the next 24-hours you’ll potentially be able to fit your entire business snugly into your hand, and run the whole canine kaboodle from your mobile phone, and radically simplify your entire operation — whether you’re a coach, info-publisher, professional service, podcaster, freelancer, author, sell a paid subscription offer, or are a solo entrepreneur of nearly any stripe.
And, you'll be able to do it all for less than the cost of your cell phone bill each month if you aren't the procrastinating type.
Exciting times ahead on this, biased though I am.
Especially for a membership site business like my pal above is prepping to launch.
In the meantime?
My business partner up in this caper Troy Broussard and I are doing a livestream about it tonight at 5:00 PDT/6:00 MDT/7:00 CDT/8:00 EDT via Zoom. We will be talking about it in depth, fielding questions, giving a demonstration, etc.
However, we only have capacity for 500 people total.
Since I buried this deep in this email, I couldn't hazard a guess as to how many will even see the link below, much less show.
But, still, to be safe, you might want to get on there a bit early.
Here is the link:

P.S. No idea if there will be a replay, it's not my Zoom account.
So asking me about if there will be a replay, complaining to me about there not being a replay, letting me know how disappointing it is if there is not a replay, etc would truly be an exercise in futility. If you live in a time zone where those times are inconvenient, I don't know how to console you except to say, those are simply the cards you were dealt, Ace.
