How to make big time sales to a small time list - and even if you have no credentials

Hey Ben,
A little praise and testimonial for you:
First off, I have a tiny list (in the one hundreds) in the info-publishing for real estate investing space.. and I'm a "business-nobody"; meaning, I'm not a stage guru, I haven't been on any major podcasts, I know very few people in this industry (however that's been growing with my networking and constant writing)
... and, even with all that going against me... I still make OVER $2.00 per subscriber every month by ONLY emailing daily using infotainment that you've taught me.
Now, I haven't been in internet marketing long enough toknow if that it's a good number or not (maybe its not)... but when you do the math make for an income that can barely survive even in a 3rd world country.... however when I have subscribers reading my emails every day, buying stuff, and they reply, comment back, and express their love like this one that came in today:
"You are like my real estate Jiminy cricket. Just wanted to say thank you. This post is one of the most honest ones that I have ever read from anyone."
... Then I believe I'm on the right track with this laborious, long journey of info-publishing
And to top it off... I'm not teaching or coaching. Only selling a product created by someone else, that I've licensed (with the exception of a couple of eBooks I've written).
The truth is that I have very little experience in REI with only two handfuls of deals under my belt (and I express this openly to my list and they know my experience level) but they still tune in every day to my life-lessons, my stories/fables, etc, and how I tie it into REI.
So thank you.

Benminy Cricket says you are most welcome indeed, Good Sir.
One reason the newsletter doesn’t work for Low IQ Marketers (LIM’s?) who are otherwise smart people, but regress to moron-like levels when it comes to marketing, is because they tend to think success has to be this multi-channel, giant onboarding process of funnels with a hundred different segmented lists, packed full of meticulously crafted & split-tested upsells, down sells, and back end offers from now until the Second Coming.
But it simply ain’t so, Chuckles.
You can build to that eventually.
But you use what you got, to do what you need to do, with the resources at hand.
As “Email Players” subscriber Ken McCarthy says:
“You can’t invade Afghanistan with a pickup truck.”
Lack experience & credentials?
Build a list and mail it, demonstrating your expertise.
Don’t have an offer?
Find or create one, anyone with a cell phone can create an offer these days.
No list?
Start putting content in places where your market is, designed to get them to go to your opt-in page and join your list.
All roads lead back to simplicity:
Opt-in list - daily follow up - selling valuable offers to receptive leads.
Enter the March “Email Players” issue.
It won’t teach you how to build an opt-in list or how to write emails (those subjects are talked about in the book I give new subscribers). But what the March issue will teach you is how to market in such a way where even a newbie can slowly & steadily start getting more respect & better marketplace positioning… be able to charge higher fees & prices… and, I believe, have a far more engaging & Influential brand over time.
All right, enough of this blustering.
I grow tired of promoting the March issue.
And, will be sending it to the printer shortly tonight. If you want it, you’ll have to make haste and subscribe immediately.
If you try and the shopping cart won’t let you, that means it’s too late.
I do this because I find joy in punishing procrastinators by denying them their desires.
No, it’s not “nice.”
But I'm not burdened with that particularly nasty disease of the mind.
