Recovering addict reveals the secret to banging out more content nobody wants to do

To which I got a very intriguing reply.
Especially if you are a content creator who lives & dies by the content you create.
Anyway, it was from “Email Players” subscriber Ian Howarth who said:

I just have to pause to say “fuuuuck!!!”
This is both fascinating and disgusting.
I’ve been saying for a while I see rehabs for social media addicts coming for a while — if they don’t already exist.
I see people trying to take them to the cleaners.
I pulled right back off FB when my dad died as I was reacting to bullshit that I’d normally ignore or block.
That’s led me to think about leaving.
Now I’ve no doubt I’m leaving.
I remember when I first started doing stuff online — I knocked out ebooks without thinking about it.
I enter IM and get all over Facebook and I suddenly found it harder to create products.
So no doubt it had a negative impact on my productivity.
This is fascinating.
Especially as I am a recovering addict and have a huge interest in psychology and addiction.
Really, recovering addicts in rehabs should be being told to stay off social media.
You’ll seriously risk relapse in early recovery because of all the negative emotions it creates.
This is fascinating.
Thanks for sharing Ben — I’ve shared it with my family.

There is much wisdom in Ian’s take on this.
And, hopefully you didn’t miss the content-creation part.
If you are someone who spends more than a few minutes per day on Flakebook (yes, even if you insist “No Ben, you don’t understand, I am really on there all day working LOL!!!!” — you can’t BS someone with the initials “BS”, Chuckles…) and want to make more income, simply get off there and spend that time creating content instead.
It’s so simple.
Yet, for a huge swath of people, clearly so hard, too.
But, if you have the stones to do it, my new “Breakneck Content” book can help you bang out even more content, faster than ever, and with far less struggle, strain, and stress than ever.
It's a short, small, and expensive book, not meant for marketing hobbyists who never do anything.
But it launches at a 30% discount until Sunday 12/8 at midnight EST.

P.S. The “guts” of this book was originally featured in the July 2019 issue of my Email Players newsletter. That means, if you have that particular issue, you already possess roughly 90% of what is inside this book, and will have to determine if it’s worth investing in it or not. Personally, I would not recommend buying it if you have that issue already, unless you have money to burn & simply want this book to adorn your office.
