Just wanted to let you know that your email methods work even in selling raw vacant land .

Made a sale today of a $7k property (and cost me $1k) with a buyer who's been on my list since March. The first thing he said was, "I've been reading your emails and I'm ready to buy..."

This is somewhat unheard of in the industry as most sales are from cold traffic . However , with this sale, what I noticed is how easy the sale was; No questions asked (unlike cold traffic).

Competitors do email, but only once a week and literally in this exact format "Yee haw! come check out our land for sale In Texas " .

No joke , that's an email I saw last week from a competitor.

And that's not all. I'm slowly implementing things that my competitors don't do, like value-add offers and back-end offer. Things that you teach.

Everyone’s mileage varies.

And, not everyone gets crazy results like this.

But, it does illustrate why my answer to:

“Ben do your email methods work for [fill in the blank]?”

… is always Yes.

At least, I have yet to see something it can’t be use with — although some industries/products/services/niches may require a bit more thinking and adapting than others.

Enter the September “Email Players” issue.

Applying what it teaches can ratchet up the response and effectiveness of emails — and other forms of marketing media — exponentially in my experience.

But there ain’t much time to get it.
