How to have a “top 3%” list

Published: Mon, 07/12/21

Admittedly, I should talk more about the question posed below:

===

Your email audience has got to be in the top 3% of email lists in the world...

I love the way you do not sugarcoat the work that's involved in getting your kind of results...

Its still something I'm asking myself if I could replicate in my own country where the economic hardship has turned many working class people into "2 minutes" men ( a term originally used to describe men who ___ prematurely)- people who want overnight financial results

Did you start out with this repulsion-filter tactic in your emailing career or you built a certain level of reputation first before you decided to start repelling lazyphiles...

A tip of two could help- I desperately want to be able to repel impatient people...

No one went to university expecting overnight results, but when it comes to the internet, it seems non obvious...

Thanks for your mails Ben. They help a lot...

It’s a timely question.

Especially in light of the upcoming August Email Players issue.

Which just happens to be the 10-year anniversary issue.

But one answer is to simply read my Villains books.

It’s the first step to having the mentality he is asking about.

And each book can be read in one sitting.

A second, and more in-depth, answer not found in any of my books — inexpensive or super expensive — or any of my newsletters or other writings so far... is inside the upcoming August Email Players issue I just mentioned.

It's what the entire issue is about in some ways.

Not just for lists, but top 3% of everything.

Like I said, it's the 10-year anniversary issue of the newsletter.

Yes, I’ve been publishing this bad boy since August 2011.

You don’t get that far without learning what the question above is really asking (and no, it has nothing to do with a repulsion filter, but I get why people would think that as it is a part of my tool kit).

It goes way beyond tactics or tricks or hacks.

It even goes beyond principles in a lot of ways.

I waited a long time to write about the topic in the upcoming 10th anniversary Email Players issue. And it’s so comprehensive and detailed and important, I decided to make it a double-sized issue. Which means the blue flame specials merely playing business who just want quick tips and hacks and "sWiPeZ!" and not learn anything at any kind of deep level should stay far, far away.

This is a long, thick, meaty issue.

It takes a long time to read.

And I expect people to re-read it several times.

It could probably have been turned into a book. And who knows, maybe it will, like how I created my Breakneck Content book from a single issue.

Anyway, that’s the upcoming August issue.

And I’ll be writing a lot more about it before the end of this month.

The 10-year anniversary issue deserves it.

Until then, my Villains books await.

The first one alone can help you have the mentality needed to have what the guy above referred to as a “top 3% list.”
