Why you should treat your customers like criminal scumbags

But, they are asking the wrong questions.
That's like asking an FBI agent what's more important — being able to shoot a criminal in the eye from 500 feet away… or knowing how to psychologically profile a criminal so they know where that criminal will be, what their next move is, how they think, and the best way to catch them.
Obviously, I’m not saying to call your customers criminals.

But, if you know how to "profile" your customers like lawmen do… so you know everything about your customers psychologically, emotionally, economically, politically, sociologically, religiously, and even physically… you can make lots of sales regardless of how good your “writing” is.
You can know exactly what they want.
Exactly what to say to them.
And, exactly how to deliver your message in the most "sales friendly" way.
