How to create urgency without a nagging monthly deadline

We have an email list of around 12k people from our Youtube channel. We have recently (a few weeks ago) created a membership site which has a program for $9.99 a month. This is our flagship product we will sell. We recently started emailing daily and are making sales. How do we create urgency when there is not necessarily a deadline?

A very good question.
After all, nothing gets done without a deadline.
And, in fact, the late, great master of negotiation Jim Camp used to talk about how the human brain so despises indecision, and goes into complete chaos neurologically when faced with indecision, that he never let people give him a “maybe.”
It had to be yay or nay.
Something a hard deadline does by default.
Whatever the case, with monthly print newsletter subscription offers that monthly deadline is built-in. But with membership sites, where there is no monthly deadline to get the next issue or whatever, it’s a bit different.
And yes, there is a way to do it.
A way the billion dollar retail industry invented many years ago.
A way explained in detail in our new Subscription Biz product which in my opinion is worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars of value, easy. But that you can get until tomorrow, 3/7 at midnight EST for a mere $20.
