How to curate the "cream of the crop" employees, VAs, & team members
Published: Mon, 12/28/20
The email had been very carefully written months earlier, when we did our first round of hiring. And, this last time I refined it to even more deliberately curate out the exact kinds of people we don’t want anywhere near Learnistic and turn on those we do.
The result?
The first time, with one exception - an SJW who clearly did not read the email - we got a pile of the best, highest-quality (often OVER qualified) talent on the Learnistic buyer’s list. Not just people looking for a job… or to make some money… but who are 100% bought into our vision of the company.
The second time (last month) was different, but even better.
Different because we decided to hire outside of Learnistic members.
(Most Learnistic members not being job-minded, but more business owner-minded)
And better because of the refinements.
One of those refinements being the generous use of the persuasion tactic taught — with examples galore — in the upcoming January “Email Players” issue, which is not just useful for making more sales and closing more deals… but also for hiring the best talent, and even for guys finding a good, high quality woman. One of my subscribers even used it to get out of the “dog house” with his wife when he was out partying and she was furious. He simply ran the technique on her and boom — instant change in her attitude.
The point:
There are many applications for this technique beyond just sales.
The deadline to get this issue is almost here.
