The “swag plan” of infinite customer delight

True story:

Recently, while on one of my long 10-mile walks, I sent a video message to team at Learnistic that is going to make us a lot more sales when we implement it, that anyone reading this can potentially model and use in your own business.

In strict accordance with my “always reward good behavior, and punish bad behavior”, whenever someone asks an especially good question on the helpdesk or does something that pleases us (finds a bug we didn’t know about, says something we like to hear, etc) we send them some kind of swag.

But, not just the swag.

We also include a sales pitch for our coaching or some other product.

A very simple plan.

And, it’s just one cog in the plan I told the team.
