How to deal with 100s of emails per day without needing a VA

Published: Sun, 12/20/20

“Email Players” subscriber Linda Fogg-Phillips asks a timely question:

“I am very impressed with how quickly you always respond to my emails. How do you do that? Seriously... I want to know your secret. I'm sure you get 100's of emails a day (as do I). I need to figure out how to respond to clients and potential clients as quickly as you do.”

This is not an isolated testimonial about my customer service.

I get this sort of thing regularly, especially from other Email Players subscribers.

My answer to Linda:

“It is because I ruthlessly protect my time. Mostly that means absolutely refusing to do any small talk, and if it ain't customer service related — which is priority #1 — it gets read, but not responded to.”

More:

I also only answer questions from “Email Players” subscribers.

And, while I read every email, I feel no obligation to willy-nilly respond to them all. Thus, those I do serve are often extremely pleased & happy to do business.

More still:

Little things like this add up big over time, and I’m not even getting creative here.

For ways to get creative about this, where you see not mere whispers of happiness to do business with you but SCREAMS of happiness to do business with you, then I suggest checking out everything “Email Players” subscriber Mr. Vance Morris puts out on the subject.

Here’s why:

Vance is by far the single best resource for learning how to merge customer service with direct response marketing to exponentially ratchet up sales I’ve ever known. He spent 10 years working at Disney — including designing, opening & operating “Chef Mickey’s” (Disney’s flagship Character Dining Experience). He has also consulted everyone from NASA & the Executive Office of the United States to Tyson Foods & The Smithsonian. And, he has even shared the stage teaching his world class business and service genius with some of the top direct marketers in the world — like Dan Kennedy and Joe Polish.

More:

If you’d like to partake of Vance Morris’s upcoming live training (tentatively set for 1/11 - 1/14 next month) & the recordings about how to Disnify your business like this if you’re a freelancer, coach, or info marketer specifically, you can get it at a huge discount if you get it before tonight, Sunday December 20th at midnight EST.

Plus, you’ll also get the first 10 episodes of my secret podcast:

“Ravings of an Adman!”

The only way to access this 7+ hours of raw & unfiltered content is to join one of my other company’s (Learnistic) $399/month coaching program. And it is — literally — me yelling at Stefania and our (at the time) unborn son Willis (who you can almost hear wriggling in the womb) about marketing, business, copywriting, & persuasion.

Frankly, I got so worked up Stefania was worried I’d pop a blood vessel.

That ain’t no exaggeration, either.

* An in-depth breakdown of the single most profitable sales letter headlines I’ve ever written.

* How to psychologically break people down and get the truth out of them.
