The case for delivering BAD service?

At a glance it will look like I’m practicing the exact opposite of what I’ve been nattering on about all weekend about the power of Superior Service:

elBENBO: You are either illiterate, retarded, or didn’t bother to read the details of what you even bought. Ask Michael Senoff for a refund, and then go haunt someone else.

I can already hear the sob sisters & mush cookies:
“Ben! How dare you be such a jerk!”
To which I would respond to someone saying that:
Just the opposite of being a jerk, Chuckles.
Here’s why:
One thing I have been doing more ruthlessly than anyone since long before the word became trendy, is curate my list. I am constantly looking for reasons to ban, not sell to, and outright repel certain kinds of time-wasters and do-nothings. The guy above was responding to an email, that literally told him it was too late, including the time of the deadline. But instead of thinking & taking responsibility, or coming at me with some respect… he implies I screwed him over and whines at me about it.
Had he come at me with respect, I’d have said something different.
And probably I would have went to bat for him with Michael to still sell it to him.
But his idiotic “not cool man!” shtick as if I screwed him over… and his not even being intelligent enough to look at the price of what he’s buying on a friggin’ PayPal order form is unforgivable in the Court of elBenbo.
Thus, he had to go.
And because I repel the chumps like him, I have more time for the champs.
i.e., I can serve them better, give more of myself to them, and spend more time on them to, yes, deliver them much better overall service than if I wasted time with the ticky-tac troll types.
Which brings me to the rub:
