How a spelling Nazi won a $10k affiliate contest with a dinky list and only 10 emails

Ben, I just won first place ($10,000) in Jeff Goins' Tribe Writers affiliate launch contest!
- Ultra conservative. I only sent 10 emails TOTAL (most of which were only to a small 1k interest segment on the last two days)
- I didn't use the swipe copy. I used it for inspiration for the two PLC's I sent, but I knew I had to speak to my audience about the value of writing -- and wake them up to how it would help them make money and get clients (which is everybody's #1 concern all the time haha).
- I spent about an hour writing each of the PLC's and 1-2 hours on the two big sales emails. Only one typo in the very last email too... lol
- 95% email marketing. No paid ads and almost no social media posting
- EMAIL ROCKS
Thought you guys might get a kick out of the timeline of how it all went down -- from totally forgetting about the launch... to giving up on it after PLC 2 because David and I were going to two big events back to back... to making 77% of my sales on the last day and winning :-D

Another fun fact:
She changed the entire leader board in one day with her emails.
(I wish I could have seen the looks on the faces of people who are used to winning these contests when she started knocking them off their high horses)
Anyway, bottom line:
The naysayers are going to do what they’re going to do.
The quitters are going to do what they’re going to do.
The “I’ll start emailing when the time is right” people are going to do what they’re going to do (which, apparently, is doing nothing).
But the winners?
The Caitlyn Pyles in the game?
The people who apply my system, think through it, and avoid getting seduced by all the flashy bright lights and fun loud noises from the losers wandering the floors of the goo-roo casino on Flakebook?
Well, not everyone gets outrageous results.
(i.e. there's no guarantees of success)
But, even I am shocked by how many have off-the-wall sales.
If you’re ready to exit the goo-roo casino and get to work, tonight’s the deadline to get the December “Email Players” issue.
Here’s ye olde link to the Email Players shoppe:
