Marketing elitists who know we’re always right

Like Emperor Palpatine.
Lord Voldemort.
Hannibal Lecter.
And (gasp!) even Hillary Clinton!
I also remember at the time (waaay back in 2011) thinking about how useful knowing and understanding all the different personality types, and how they think, process information, and view the world would be to anyone who sells and persuades for a living.
Take my personality, for example.
You'd know we come off as arrogant and elitist.
Have little interest in others' thoughts or feelings.
Possess zero patience for small talk, drama, or social pleasantries.
And, spend all our time inside our own minds, ignoring the world while solving problems, engineering events to happen the way we want, and cooking up solutions for our own goals.
(Including rudely doing this while you’re talking to us…)
That's invaluable intel when selling to my personality type — since you could "custom fit" your pitch around all these psychological hot buttons and show how your product fits into our world.
In my humble (but accurate) opinion, this holds all kinds of marketing possiblities.
Which brings me to the twist:
I remember thinking back then how I wish someone who had researched personality typing, has a deep knowledge of it, and is as obsessed with it as I am with copywriting, email, etc… would go through all the big personality typing systems, take what works and discard what doesn’t, then teach how to apply what’s left over *specifically* to selling, marketing, copywriting, closing clients, and all other aspects of persuasion.
Well, guess what?
Six and a half years later, one of my “Email Players” subscribers has done just that.
Turns out, she’s been in to personality typing since she was a kid — and has used this information for everything from working in the legal world to help her bosses win lawsuits as a paralegal and building her coaching business… to closing more sales and clients (knowing how individual clients think and make decisions by typing them within minutes of talking to them)… to even having more harmonious personal relationships, hiring the best VA’s, picking the best JV partners, negotiating higher fees (and, when she was at a job, raises), avoiding the flakes & cons (that are rife in our bid'niz), and the list goes on.
More:
I practically never promote other peoples’ sites unless I'm an affiliate.
(Can't even remember the last time I did it.)
But, she has recorded an invaluable (yet short, and easy to consume) training on how to use personality typing to get lots more sales and close lots more clients by asking one simple question using her methods. And, she is giving it away free to people who opt in to her site and subscribe to her daily emails.
(Her daily emails are excellent — she follows my system like a champ).
Anyway, I highly recommend checking it out while she's still giving it away free.
