Losers are always impatient

Last weekend’s Gene Schwartz $20 seminar promo nabbed almost 1,000 sales.

And, a few people got nailed by the Internet gremlins — such as, they didn’t get the download link, or the password wasn’t working to access the info, or some other glitch, problem, or a brain fart on the part of myself or Michael Senoff.

Most of these people handled it like a grown up.

But, a few went stark raving mad over it.

You’d think you just blasphemed their religion when they didn’t get their link right away (Michael sends them their login manually — about as caveman and Old School as you can get, so it takes some time).

“I just paid you $20 and didn't get my link yet! This is an outrage! Refund me!!”

Meanwhile, back on the ranch:

That same weekend (that Saturday night) I bought a $1697.00 from Dan Kennedy.

But, for some reason, it didn’t “unlock” in my members area, so I couldn’t access it.

What did I do?

Demand my money back?

Go into cardiac arrest about being sent another promo while waiting?

Threaten them?

No, I simply wrote them an email (nobody is there on the weekends), with my order number, and explaining how I couldn’t access the product. Since it was Labor Day weekend, I knew it wouldn’t get seen until Tuesday. And, I went and did some work, studied a different product (his 10 million dollar strategies product, which is one of the single most Valuable 2 hour products I’ve ever consumed) while playing video games, and patiently waited for them to respond.

Which they promptly did, on Tuesday -- a full 3 days later.

(3 days oh noes!)

The point?

It is astonishing how impatient people are.

I even devoted an entire chapter to it in my Villains book.

Patience is so rare… and so valuable… it almost is like a super power. It will get you to your goals way faster. Make you sales way easier. And, build your business way more efficiently.

Anyway, in my experience, losers are always impatient when it's needed.

Winners, on the other hand, tend to have tons of Patience when it's needed.

That ain’t a coincidence…
