Wine tasting with my Horde

I wrote about this event months ago.
If you don’t know what I speaketh of, here’s the story:
Last year, I found someone in my small drinking town with a big fishing problem who is also one of the top marketing coaches on the planet who has built multiple 7-figure businesses.
His name is Troy Broussard.
And, he’s one of the best I ever done seen at converting website visitors to customers. The amount of sales he helps people generate by tweaking their sites (not even touching their copy) is ridiculous. He’s also one of the world’s top infusionsoft experts, too. And, we just happen to run in all the same circles, are friends with all the same people, and even speak at the same kinds of events.
Anyway, we hung out it was in a wine bar here in town.
And, while enjoying a delicious Napa Valley wine, I had an idea.
An awful idea.
Your pal elBenbo had a wonderful, *awful* idea:
Let’s do an event with some wine snobs in my Horde in downtown Napa, California at my favorite wine tasting room. And, in addition to teaching for a few hours, the next day let’s do a Horde wine tasting where we all hang out and hop from one vineyard to the next… letting the ideas, solutions, and insights flow like the wine into our glasses. (Anyone who goes to events know the *real* edu-ma-cation happens outside the event, relaxed and hanging out becomes like a feeding frenzy of ideas.)
Troy was in, of course.
(He digs teaching and also Napa, as much as I do).
And so, I immediately called upon the one and only Misty (my podcast announcer babe, Vice President of my Facebook group, business confidant, and the *only* person I have ever let write emails for me) to get in on the action, too.
The result?
"Wine Villains" was on, baby.
And, here are the details:
* The dates are July 7-8 at my favorite tasting room in down town Napa, California.
* First day (July 7) is 4 hours of unlimited wine while Yours Unruly and Troy teach
* Second day (July 8) is the group wine tasting
* I’ll be there a few more days to celebrate my birthday on the 10th, and you’re welcome to join on the fun
* The event will be 4 hours long: First hour mingle, hours 2 and 3 is teaching, Q&A, talking to you about your business, riffing about whatever you want to know, hour 4 is mingling and interactive teaching and wine again
* During those 4 hours there will be *unlimited* wine served (picked by elBenbo himself) along with food
* It’s expensive
* And, I want this small and intimate with classy players, not big and detached with people who just want to get drunk and act like morons
And finally:
I want this event screened.
Quality, investor-minded people only.
No low class jackass, opportunity-minded people.
Thus, there is no order page. (Unless I know you, then you can be fast-tracked through my security with a link). Instead, you will have to talk to Troy personally so he can screen you and give you the details, answer your questions, and see if you are qualified, etc.
Also, one more thing:
There will be no upsells or pitches.
This is more of an “experience” event than anything. And, Troy, Misty, and I have all agreed we couldn’t care less about making a profit on this and will likely lose money on it. We just want to do this (nice vacation), and we are making it happen whether one person wants to go or 20 do.
I bring this up so you realize there will be no hard pitch when you talk to Troy.
If anything, he will likely try to persuade you NOT to come.
It’s the way we roll.
