Free Value from an action-taker across the pond

If you're an Email Players subscriber and haven't yet got your June issue (they mailed a couple days ago, on the way), below is a taste of what to expect from a subscriber across the pond. If you aren't a subscriber, you're shyt out of luck, too late to get it.

But, if you’re sharp, you’ll learn a Valuable lesson from his commentary:

Ben,

I'm currently only a third of the way down page 4 of this month's issue, but I couldn't hold off sending this email any longer. Seriously, the content in this issue is pure gold!
I might only be three and a bit pages in, but I've picked up more ideas that will have a measurable impact on my bottom line in the next month than I could shake a stick at. This one in particular really grabbed me by the balls:

"So many people never get their funnels set up because they think they need big, fancy, powerful on-boarding processes when a simple opt-in page, sales letter and relentless email follow-up gets the job done much cleaner and more efficiently."

This has been me for the past 3-4 months, procrastinating like a be-yatch ever since your February issue when you said that the most foolish thing a freelancer can do is stop marketing themselves (oh boy, did that one hit home!)

Thanks for helping me realise that instead of worrying about all the usual bells and whistles and trying to create the perfect site to position myself as an "expert," all I really need to do is throw a simple opt-in page up there and harness the power of email to do all the positioning stuff for me.

Time to pull my finger out!

P.S. This is undoubtedly the most dog-eared/highlighted issue I've ever gotten from you, and after reading the stuff about FB Groups at the end I just had to go back through April's issue as well. My partner has already built a solid little community for her nutrition biz using the info from that one issue, and after listening a lot to Dan Meredith recently as well I now feel compelled to go and set one up for my copywriting stuff.

How any fool can say "there's not enough value in here for the $97/month you're charging" really is beyond me. Guess some people are so busy looking for the super duper ninja hacks that they end up missing the forest for the trees.

When you pull the finger out, just make sure you wash it, k?

Anyway, it’s too late to get this issue.

So, I won’t even bother plugging the newsletter.

Instead, I’ll plug this baby instead:
