The Facebook vs Email monster movie

Published: Sat, 04/29/17

The social media fluffpreneurs putting out boring Facebook live videos hate this.

But, for-real business owners, like, for example, “Email Players” subscriber Thomas Woods (Senior fellow of the Mises Institute, New York Times Bestselling Author, Prominent libertarian historian and author, and Host of one of the longest running and most popular libertarian podcasts on the planet) know Flakebook isn't even in the same league as email when it comes to selling online.

He states:

====

I used to think Facebook, rather than an email list, was the real money maker. I've done very well with Facebook ads, but my email list, which I was running all wrong, hardly ever made me any sales.

I've been mailing in the Settle style for about 15 months. On Monday my membership site had its five-year anniversary, and I'd been building up anticipation about a big sale I'd have that day.

And when the day got there...Facebook had deactivated my ad account.

(Because of "suspicious activity" -- which turned out to be nothing, and I'm now restored.)

But that was the exact day I needed it.

So I'd have to rely on organic Facebook traffic (and Pages have a hard time getting that) and a bit of Twitter, but in general my email list would have to carry the day.

By day's end, the site had grossed $184K. I've promised people $28,000 in physical bonuses, but even after deducting that, I'd call that a good day.

WOULD NOT have done this without Email Players.

The message is clear:

Email kicks Facebook’s arse.

This monster movie fight ain't even close.

If you want to learn how to wield this powerful weapon called email, the May “Email Players” issue goes to the printer tomorrow. One of the things it teaches is a secret website I sometimes use to get some of the best, most infotainment-friendly email ideas you’ll ever see handed to you, free.

I don’t know anyone else who uses this resource.

But you will.

That is, if you subscribe before I send it to the printer tomorrow:
