Captain Planet kills some trees for fun and profit

I found that funny, of course.
In fact, I am often amused by the typical environmentalist's rationalization hamster.
Example:
A chick I dated last Fall was big into the environment.
Always obnoxiously lecturing about global warming (or whatever the newest theory is, I lose track).
Always going on about her Masters Degree in environmental journalism.
Anyway, I ordered some ice cream via mail order and it came in a giant styrofoam box. As soon as she saw it the finger wagging started, the bullshyt statistics started being quoted, and the regurgitating what her professors taught her to think began in earnest.
Of course, that didn’t stop her from eating the ice cream…
Or partaking of ice cream again when the next evil styrofoam shipment came.
Anyway, I find triggering these people endlessly amusing.
They think anyone who doesn’t worship Gaea, doesn’t buying into Al Gore’s idiotic Inconvenient Truth documentary, and who doesn’t believe government is the cure-all for the planet’s ills wants the earth to turn into Mordor.
