The first ever “Ben Settle approved” copywriter is for hire

Published: Mon, 11/21/16

Let me tell you about Misty — who I call “The Chosen One.”

When she first came to my table a couple years ago, she was eager to learn email, became an “Email Players” subscriber, and then went on to create several businesses (built upon daily emails) — including a brick & mortar business. (I add that little zinger lest you wonder if my unruly email ways work for offline bid’nizes, yes, they do, it’s all the same.)

Ever since then she’s impressed the hellz out of me.

So much so that:

* I knighted her the official announcer babe for my old podcast (and she will be doing the announcer babe role for the new podcast I'm cooking up for you in January)

* She is the ONLY person I’ve ever let write email copy for me (she did the emails for the podcast selling all my products — and 99% of the time with little or no interference or correction from elBenbo needed)… not even my ex-copywriting apprentice was ever allowed to partake in the noble deed of writing for me, to give you an idea of how much I believe in Misty’s ability to write email copy

* When it came time to launch the old elBenbo’s Apprentice membership site last summer (the single most successful launch I ever did — despite the fact I killed it off the day after the launch), she not only wrote all those emails but I brought her in as a full *partner* on the project (it wasn’t even a choice for Producer Jonathan and me to do that, it was a no-brainer)

* To this day, I continue to sing her praises as she’s kind of like the female version of elBenbo in many ways — in both personality and email style (she is one of my best students, hands down)

There is nobody else I recommend before her to clients when they ask.

But, unfortunately for clients, she really has never put herself out there for hire.

That is, until recently.

This morning she told me she wants in on the freelancing game. (Despite my trying to convince her otherwise…. but she’ll learn I’m always right, they always do…)

And so, of course, I had to tell my list about her.

And before you ask… I get *zero* kickback if you hire her.

Nor do I get any under the table (heh) payments, either.

I simply believe in her and her abilities to write emails that make sales.

So, if you are a client and want to hire Misty for email copywriting (and any other kind of copywriting she offers), I cannot recommend her enough. If you’ve been on my list very long, you know I *never* do this. In fact, the only other time I did this was a couple years ago when I (foolishly) took on an apprentice to help kick off her career and get her some experience and clients. Other than that, I don't recall ever promoting anyone else directly like this.

Anyway, so there you have it.

To contact Misty, shoot her an email at:

tm@tmtraining.ca

If you have any questions, direct them to her personally.

(Not me.)

I’m just the messenger…

Over and out,

Ben Settle

P.S. What’s that?

You don’t 100% trust the opinion of Yours Unruly, prince of the evil patriarchy? Then, maybe this will help… A-list copywriter (who has beaten controls by all the best of the best copywriters over the years — including, for example, the late Jim Rutz who was a god amongst copywriters) Kim Krause Schwalm says:

“AND I can attest Misty is fabulous to work with!”
