May his rationalization hamster never stop spinning

Last Sunday my pal Shane Hunter sent me an email from a bloke named Vesco who was replying to an email Shane wrote where my nails-on-chalkboard name was mentioned.

Anyway, here is what Vesco said:

Ben Settle is a boring drone who can’t get off his dominance horse. It’s a pity his methods work. But that just shows how disempowered deep within his buyers are. There is a lot more human care and warmth n what you just wrote. That should bring better people to you.

What amuses me most:

He natters on about human care and warmth in one sentence, while managing to insult thousands of people he’s never met in another sentence, while lamenting that my methods work. Methods that have, quite literally, changed the lives of many people and their families -- as well as saved some from despair and financial hardship.

(Or so a handful have told me over the years.)

Shucks, it's too bad my stuff worked for them...

Anyway, I love this Vesco bloke.

His rationalization hamster is *tremendous* — may it never get too pooped out and stop spinning.

Okay, on to bigger and better things:

The December “Email Players” issue.

Not only does it show you a not-necessarily-secret way of writing emails that will make you be the first person anyone wants to read each day, but make writing them a lot simpler to boot.

Deadline to get it in time looms.

Go here to get your spot before it’s too late:
