Reader Keith Garrison realizes I ain’t just whistlin’ dixie about my new Villains book.

In fact, his results using it sound near miraculous:

I just have to say you're fugking amazing. It was the first thing I jumped into when I joined ElBenbo's Apprentice and the thing that has had the greatest affect on my overall ability and motivation to produce. Here's What I mean :

1. The First Chapter gave me a monstrous amount of clarity about what I'm doing now and what I need to be doing to get where I want to be. Before, I kinda had an idea but I was so vague about it, it lead me to bouncing in a million different directions and then feeling lost and beat-up when things didn't work out. This first chapter was like an adrenaline shot of focus for me. I wake up everyday now at 5am and immediately began work with focus and confidence. I don't really question halfway through projects, if it's worth doing or not. It's part of my mission, It's a necessity

2. Chapter 2 completely cured my anxiety about not having clients. I don't need them ! Instead, I've decided to just work on my own stuff. (You've always said be your own best client right?) Since I made this shift, I've had all types of opportunities just jump in my lap! I feel like a big shot now when I tell people I don't have time to work or meet with them (And I really don't, not some 'take-away selling gimmick)

3. Chapter 8 was the biggest eye opener for me and hit home the hardest (This chapter and the first one). See when I listen to interviews with other copywriters, the question of : "What would you do if it was Day 1 as a copywriter" is to specialize.

So I decided I would be a email copywriter but I figured I needed to niche down even more. I found a market that is relatively new, brining in over a billion dollars a year now and get this...almost no other competing freelance copywriters. This industry has a couple of ad agencies but to be honest, everything I've have seen in this market has been horrible. I found another copywriter for this industry but considering she let her domain name expire last week and her twitter hasn't been active in over a year...I betting that I could really clean up!

Thing that was holding me back was everyone telling me that I shouldn't do it. It's a controversial market and I'm sure to get shunned by some for being in it.

But it's something I believe in, I know the market, and...people who told me not to enter the market no nothing of Marketing, Direct response, the industry or even how to make money themselves. So...fuck 'em

4. Chapter 9 really stood out for me as well. I actually put the book down and found a copy of Count Monte Cristo before I continued and I'm glad I did. I use to get so frustrated with things not working out. But then I realized that, it wasn't that the things I was trying wren't working, it's just that they weren't' working when I wanted them to work. This chapter really exemplified the importance of trusting in the process and reaping the effects it.

Of course I got a lot more out of it than just this but I don't want to turn this into a college essay ( I know you like to keep things simple)

Anyways, Thanks again Ben, it really means alot to me.
