How to sell to a dead list of unengaged subscribers

So I finally got off my ass on Tuesday and started emailing daily... It's a cold list of Unengaged subscribers, so I have just been writing quick "Settle style" emails with an affiliate link in them... Today marks 4 days, and I've made $571.82 in affiliate commissions from a dead list... I guess I shoulda started sooner.

You should both be like Bob and not like Bob.
Be like Bob where you go after your unengaged subscribers using my unruly ways… but don’t be like Bob by waiting so long to do it. Every day that goes by where you are not mailing (in the right way, at least) you are losing sales — assuming you have a list and an offer people want.
Anyway, September “Email Players” issue mails earlier than usual this month.
(I have a special goody planned for Labor Day weekend.)
