Snobs, wimps, and whipped spouses not invited

And, because my ex-copywriting apprentice doesn’t sleep at all (she’s like the guy played by Al Pacino in the movie “Insomnia”) I decided to call her on the phone in hopes she would tell me some boring story to put me to sleep.
But, turns out I ended up giving her advice, instead.
Advice that could get you a free seat in the next Oceans 4 Mastermind.
Anyway, here’s the dealio-o-o:
My ex-copywriting apprentice is putting an event on in Portland in March called “Biz & Brewz” — which basically is a 3-4 hours of learning marketing each day (no long, boring seminar days getting leg cramps, and no putting you to sleep with fluffy mindset nonsense -- it's hardcore teaching you can apply immediately), and then going out on the town (in limos) to various Portland breweries.
My kind of event.
Really, the kind of event I’ve always wanted to go to.
Anyway, she was asking for ways to sell tickets.
So, my devious, sleep-deprived mind said:
“Why don’t you do a raffle — anyone who buys a ticket to Biz & Brewz by this Sunday night gets put into a raffle where they can win a free ticket to the Ocean’s 4 Mastermind my droogies and I are doing the weekend after that, in Orlando…”
She then proceeded to call me names over the phone.
Like:
Genius.
Smartest man in the world.
And, an email marketing superintelligence.
Who was I to argue?
And, so, having learned her lessons well from me, she didn’t sit on this info and decided to implement right away. And now, I am passing this on to you.
