Junkies getting high on the goo-roo carousel

Guy subscribes to "Email Players" for a month. Says he thinks he
"got" it and cancels. But, also says he's open to new offers from me.
Look, I don't know the dude from Adam.
And, the following may or may not apply to him.
But, he sounds a lot like this guy my Wing
Chun Kung Fu Sifu told me about who trained with him for a few
weeks (hint: you don't learn how to kick anyone's azz in just a few
weeks, any more than a newborn child is ready to break dance after
a few weeks) and then went to a cage fight up in Portland,
proclaiming himself representing my Sifu, who was none too happy
with the bloke for that. (Sifu told him NOT to go and, of course,
the guy never came back thinking he "got it" after a few weeks, and
moved on to learn another fighting style without having even a
small grasp of Wing Chun).
I have zippo desire to sell to opportunity-minded types.
I don't want their money.
And, refuse to sell to them at all.
(Putting them on a growing black list I check regularly.)
Why?
Because these folks think wide (not deep).
Have zero commitment to the craft.
And, are often literally *addicts*.
Yes, my little droogie, they be addicted to the dopamine drip their
brain produces every time they buy something. This is why they buy
fast, apply info slow (if at all, in true ex-spurt fashion), and
then hop on the goo-roo carousel for another "fix" soon after. I'm
even going to have a guest talk about this on my podcast
eventually, as I think it's more important than ever to refuse to
give them their fix for reasons too many to go into here.
Now, contrast that to an investor-minded buyer:
Someone who thinks deep, not wide.
(Sometimes consuming a product 10-15 times before moving on.)
Implements immediately.
(And, thus, sees immediate results.)
And, is highly discriminating about what they buy.
(Refusing to get caught up in launches, etc, unless it makes sense.)
Anyway, I've said it before, I'll say it again:
Opportunity-minded blokes are not "bad" people. But, they do make
bad customers for people like me. And, if that is your mindset, not
only do I not want you to buy anything from me (or even be on my
list), but I think you should seek some help to get past your
addiction. (Which I'm going to ask my upcoming podcast guest about
when I get her on the air).
Unless you *want* to wander the goo-roo casino, of course.
In that case, well, there's the door, junkie boy.
As for everyone else?
The investor-minded folks?
That's who "Email Players" is for.
