How to force people to value your time

Hi Ben,
Bought your [Villains] book. Kindle version.
It is SOOOOO F____ING GOOD!!
I didn't truly appreciate what an amazing writer you are until I started reading it.
But, of course, you know that already ...
I just felt compelled to share the best tip about time management that I ever learned with someone who could truly appreciate it, just in case you missed this one (unlikely as this might be.)
1. Set appointments for weird times, like 4:13 PM. People tend to "get" that time is more important than "4:00," or even "a quarter past 4."
2. Wait 60 seconds, the "close the door." If they show up more than a minute late, let them know that, "since they didn't show up for the appointment, you went on to the next item on your list of mission tasks." Depending on their importance to you, decide if you are willing to reschedule for another day or not.
When I began doing that, not only the people who got shut out began showing up 10 minutes early, but every one they referred to me. This included clients. (Was selling Real Estate at the time.)
When they complained that "it was beyond my control," I would ask them "If, had there been $10,000 on their chair for them, but that it would be taken away at exactly the appointment time, could they have found a way to be there on time?"
If they don't get the point of that question, I usually don't want to associate with them anyway ...
Pissed off many clients. Left me with just the ones who respected my advice, and who were very, very easy to work with. My income went up dramatically.
Your mind is lined with platinum! I look forward to reading more of your books.

Good advice, Mr. Chenoweth.
Very good advice, indeed...
Anyway, if you are interested in checking out the book he referred to “Persuasion Secrets Of The World’s Most Charismatic & Influential Villains” I’ll save you the time (ain't I a swell fella?) of having to look up the URL.
Here it is:
