The secret reason customers refund your products
Published: Sun, 06/10/18
There was once some research done on how many products were returned every single year. This research was done only in the United States. $1 billion of products, that’s things like your phone, TV, video, Blu-ray player, all those kinds of things — $1 billion worth of products gets returned every single year in the United States alone. I would include informational products in this, too, although I don’t think the study did.
Question is why?
Is it because the products are shoddy?
The customers are cheap skates?
We are overrun with refund artists?
No, it’s far less insidious:
It’s because people don't know how to use them.
Think on this:
How many people do you know (including your righteous self) have downloaded PDFs that you’ve never read? How many do you know have bought books from a store that were never read?
Point is people don’t know how to use stuff.
And, thus, they do not use stuff.
All of which creates a big problem. In fact, if you want to instantly increase your bottom line, simply lower your refunds. And if you want to lower your refunds (besides by creating top notch products and selling them to quality leads, of course) the easiest thing in the world to do is make sure they consume the product.
Enter Sean D’Souza’s magnificent trainings.
He’s pretty much the only person I hear teaching consumption.
Everyone teaches attraction and conversion.
But consumption is a mystery.
That is, unless you have his System Seminar Training he’ll give you free if you buy the premium version of his eBook at my affiliate link below, where this is explained in more detail.
But time is short.
You got until midnight tonight (EST)
