The jerk’s guide to unlimited success

“How To Be The Jerk Women Love”
A helluva fun read, too.
But, the reason I bring him up ain’t to talk about his book.
It’s to talk about something else the author wrote many years ago about Will Power, and how it relates to productivity. It was, in my sometimes noble opinion, the single greatest piece of advice for being successful at nearly anything you want in life I have ever read.
And, it is especially relevant to these productivity emails this week.
Anyway, what is it he wrote?
This:
(Paraphrased)
“The best time to do something, is when you don’t feel like doing it.”
This has so many business applications — especially when it comes to creating sales copy, emails, content, or anything else — it’s almost staggering if/when you apply this bit of advice to your business.
And it’s merely a function of will power.
And, also, habit.
And, if you want to be super productive, get more done in less time, and become far more successful than anyone else you know… make it a challenge, a habit, and a goal to do whatever it is you have to do each day at the exact time you feel least like doing it.
It’s something I’ve been working into my life and it changes everything.
It changes the way you approach business.
It changes the way you approach exercise.
It even changes the way you approach dealing with other people.
If you will yourself to always do the one thing you don’t feel like doing, you’ll be exercising that little-used muscle called will power. That muscle all the ex-spurts say is something you should not be relying on, and how relying on it is a recipe for quitting, etc.
And for regular people that may be true.
But you are a business owner.
An entrepreneur.
A risk-taker, a performer (if you do marketing right), and an accomplisher of great things.
And thus, you aren’t regular people.
You, my droogie, are not common, either.
Like Coach Brooks said in the movie “Miracle” (about how the young, inexperienced US Hockey team got the gold medal in 1980 against the vicious, super experienced, and ultra talented Soviet team) to his players as they were puking and feeling as though they were about to die from being driven past their physical limits:
“This cannot be a team of common men because common men go nowhere. You have to be uncommon.”
And the best way to be uncommon?
Take FJ Shark’s advice.
Apply it.
Own it.
And, revel in it.
One more story about this:
The late, great copywriter Gary Halbert was once interviewed by the great John Carlton in one of John Carlton’s “Scuttlebutt Tapes”. And, in one of the tapes, Gary talked about doing road work — which is getting outside and then walking, jogging, and running. And Gary said he loved to do his roadwork when it was raining out, and crappy, terrible weather. And he said he loved doing it then because he knew nobody else was willing to do it then.
So there you have it.
The big secret to unlimited productivity.
Unlimited business growth.
And, yes, unlimited success in all you do.
I can’t do it for you, though.
But, what I can do is give you a little “helper” with it. And, that helper is a line of nootropics I have been using for the past year that has helped make doing the above a lot less frustrating. I am selling them as an affiliate at the link below. And, if you buy them from my affiliate link below, by tomorrow’s midnight EST deadline, I will give you a pile of videos that reveal some of my best email marketing tips, secrets, and methods, including:
* A “dignified” example of how to use email to shame people into buying your product.
* The (free) door-to-door sales method that can build big, thriving email lists.
* Spooky insights into why having a high opt-in rate can mean having lower
sales conversion rates.
* The (admittedly slightly painful) “10 songs” secret that can be the single most profitable email writing exercise you ever do.
* The right and wrong ways to use the infamous “takeaway” sales technique in your emails.
* How to slay the fire-breathing “abandoned shopping” cart monster.
* Exactly what you can write to podcasters that can sometimes get them clamoring over themselves to interview you on their shows.
* How even new businesses can create iron-clad credibility with prospects before they even opt-in to your list.
* What to do with your emails that makes people far more likely to both buy from you now and then consume your product afterwards.
* The one thing great email copywriters do that broke copywriters don’t.
* What self-described “nice guys” do in emails that (literally) can cause misery and possibly even death in their prospects.
* The absolute worst thing you can tell your list (that virtually every marketer does) if you sell in the weight loss market.
* How testing opt-in rates can destroy your sales.
* Popular persuasion tactics that can kill your sales dead as a hammer on Facebook.
To get these videos, simply do this:
1. Carefully read the letter at the link below
2. Buy the 3 products mentioned together in one order from my affiliate link in that letter
3. Forward your receipt to ben@bensettle.com *by* the deadline tomorrow night at midnight EST (if you send me your receipt after the deadline, the deal is void).

P.S. The nootropics above are not available to people outside the US. So if you live outside the US, you can’t really take advantage of this offer.
Just the cards you were dealt, I’m afraid…
