Once upon a time on my podcast, I said I had a girl in mind to be my assistant if and when I decide to hire one, and the ONLY Myers-Briggs personality type I would even think of hiring if and when that time comes.

As a matter of courtesy I also have to inform you that the OCEAN (big 5 personality test) is the current personality test and Myers-Briggs is coming up on 100 years old. It's severely outdated and the information itself is easier to digest in the modern format. (I'm ISTJ in the old way or 0% Extraversion, 45% conscientiousness, 15% Agreeableness, 50% Openness and 5% neuroticism.)

NOT ONLY ARE YOU USING 100 YEAR OLD TESTS, BUT YOUR CHOICE OF A WOMAN AS YOUR FIRST CHOICE AND SECOND CHOICE SECRETARY WITH A MAN AS YOUR COHOST IS EXTREMELY OLD FASHIONED. AS A FEMINIST OF COLOR, I WOULDN'T APPLY FOR THAT POSITION, NOR DO I EXPECT ANYONE ELSE TO APPLY EITHER AFTER THAT BLATANT SHOWING OF WHITE SUPREMACY.

Your brain has already worked out that even putting aside the "crazy", I've applied for a job that you specifically requested an extrovert for and I'm at 0% extraversion (or 98% I on Myer-Briggs). I have been rejected, but you have read my application which is the thing you said you wouldn't do. Furthermore, I don't live in a republic and don't actually have a senator.

My ex-spurt analysis?

She is tremendous!

And, *perfect* in every way.

In fact, if I was a single man, I would swim across shark-infested waters to this magnificent woman's non-Republic country, colonize it, and then allow her to work for me for the generous sum of $1.51 per hour.

And if she played her cards right, a generous .50 cent bump in pay after 3 months probation.

But alas, she seems to have vanished from my life.

I have not heard so much as a peep from her since.

While I'm waiting for her imminent return?
